International Post-Doctorate Research Opportunity at FEST ITB

The Faculty of Earth Sciences and Technology (FEST), Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for international researchers to conduct postdoctoral research in Indonesia. This one-year program, start from October 2025, is designed to foster global research collaboration and enhance the international exposure of FEST ITB’s graduate students and researchers through high-impact scientific publications.

This opportunity is open to researchers residing outside Indonesia who have a strong track record of publishing in reputable international journals. Applicants must propose a postdoctoral research topic related to geological remote sensing and be willing to conduct research at FEST ITB while actively contributing to its international visibility.

The expected outcomes of the program include the submission and acceptance of at least two research articles in top 10% international journals. Selected researchers will receive an allowance of IDR 200,000,000, allocated as 40% for living expenses and 60% for research activities.

1. Curriculum vitae (CV),
2. Motivation letter,
3. Postdoctoral research plan,
4. PhD diploma,
5. Copy of passport.
